In Port Arthur, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across Texas do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

Amazing selection of bakery items. Service was awesome. I chose the Italian Creme Cake as a thank you for hosting me this week at a local office. It was a hit with the office, but come on, it's a delicious italian cream cake! As a quick pick me up, I purchased a fresh latte and a sweet cannoli. Nice touch with the Maraschino cherries πŸ’.

June 12, 2026 I would like to file a complaint regarding an interaction I had with cashier Christina on June 12, 2026, at approximately 9:20 PM. I came into the bakery to order a FrappΓ© and a macaron. When I approached the counter, Christina appeared to be speaking to someone through a headset. As I began placing my order, she motioned with her hand for me to wait. I remained at the counter until she was ready to assist me. When I gave her my order, she displayed what I felt was an unprofessional attitude. She appeared irritated and slammed or banged her hand on the countertop. I looked at her and asked her not to give me an attitude. I then placed my money on the countertop and turn around away trying to ignore her attitude. She responded by telling me, β€œYou can go somewhere else". I simply wanted to place my order and did not appreciate the attitude. Other customers standing behind me witnessed the interaction and even commented that I should not pay attention to her behavior. Afterward, Christina's demeanor changed, and she began acting much more pleasant when customers started taking to me. Suddently She change from the

What's going on with this location? We've been there several times and it's like no one knows what's going on. Always out of utensils on the bar. Muffalata and pastries we had for lunch were as stale as could be. Nothing like the Dowlen Rd or Calder locations. Heck, it was better before they moved to this new building.

5 stars – Absolutely Delightful! I’m from out of town and this was my first time visiting Rao’s Bakery, and wow, I was not expecting a drive-through! I was about to wake my sleeping baby to go inside, but to my surprise, I was able to order and get everything I needed right from the car. That alone made my dayβ€”it’s hot out, and having a convenient option like that is a lifesaver for a mom on the go. I ordered a vanilla caramel frappe with oat milk and it was incredible. Creamy, smooth, and not the least bit bitter. It honestly puts Starbucks to shame. Easily the best frappe I’ve ever had. To celebrate my husbandβ€˜s birthday he wanted something small so I also picked up a couple of gorgeous desserts: a slice of fresh berry-topped Sicilian cheesecake and a baby strawberry cheesecake. Both were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Rao’s made a great first impression, and I’ll definitely be stopping by again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, delicious looking food. Perfect atmosphere (beauty, seating, comfort, lighting, music). And very friendly workers. Which I appreciate so much because if you read my reviews I've had a lot of issues in this town with unfriendly businesses. A coffee and cake ball was $5. Pricing is great, great value. Did I say the baked items look delicious? I'm homeless or I would pig out. Everything looks good. I've never been in a bakery where everything seemed perfect and everything looked good. I'm impressed
